Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Kalawad Road. Honestly, I'm just so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya yaar. Dekh raha tha 2BHK flats, around 45-55L ke range mein. Balaji Group aur Madhav Group ke kuch projects dekhe hain, quality theek lag rahi hai. But not sure if buying makes sense with current interest rates. EMI vs rent ka math Rajkot mein actually work karta hai kya? Like, after stamp duty, registration, and maintenance, does it really beat paying rent? Capital appreciation aur rental yields, especially near 150 Feet Ring Road ya Mota Mava mein, kitna expect kar sakte hain? Is it worth taking the plunge right now, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? Koi hidden costs hote hain jo log batate nahi?

Totally relate, bhai! Landlord ka toh alag hi scene hai. Current interest rates dekh ke lagta hai EMI bahut heavy padegi. Kya Rajkot mein real appreciation milta hai jo is risk ko justify kare?
Haan, Kalawad Road mein toh milta hai. 150 Feet Ring Road ke paas waale projects ne toh double kar diya value pichle 5 saal mein. Long term socho toh worth it hai.
