Just moved into Kesar Garden Apartment last month. Honestly, thoda mixed feelings hain. Club house kaafi bada dikhaya tha site visit pe, but ab lagta hai bas show-off ke liye hai. Hardly koi use karta hai, pool bhi zyada clean nahi rehta. Kids play area bhi chhota sa hai, not very well maintained. Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain, but facilities ka actual upkeep utna nahi dikhta. Am I the only one facing this? Ya sab societies ka yahi haal hai Noida mein?

Oh god, thanks for sharing this! I was actually considering Kesar Garden for a 2BHK, the price range of 60L was tempting. But now I'm having second thoughts. Builder log sab jagah aise hi karte hain kya? Site visit pe sab chamakta hua dikhta hai.
