Agar koi problem aati hai, exit options pe seedha impact hota hai. Does RERA complaints process actually work, ya sirf paper pe hai? How do you guys thoroughly check a builder's past legal issues before committing capital?

U1, you're not alone! RERA is good for basic info but for serious issues, it's a long, tedious process. My cousin filed a
