My Kothanur flat budget shock: hidden costs?

Honestly, I thought I had everything figured out when buying my flat in Kothanur. Prestige Group ka project tha, laga sab clear hai. But yaar, possession ke time itne hidden charges aa gaye. PLC, parking, registration... sab milake budget hil gaya. My 2BHK jo ₹1.1 Cr ka tha, all-in bohot upar chala gaya. Negotiation kitna work karta hai actually? Should I have pushed harder on the base price? What other hidden costs did you guys face in Bengaluru? Things nobody told me before signing.

Totally relate, bhai! I'm looking at a 3BHK in Akshayanagar and already feeling the heat. My 'all-inclusive' quote for 1.3 Cr felt okay, but then I started reading about these extra charges. Builder ne toh bas base price dikha diya, but stamp duty, registration, GST, and then all these 'amenity' charges, legal fees... it's like a never-ending list. Is there truly no way to get a full, final quote upfront that doesn't change?
