My Kothapet dream vs monsoon reality

Since last monsoon, I've been thinking about property in Kothapet. Everyone talks about its connectivity, but what about the waterlogging? I saw videos, roads were literally rivers. Builders claim drainage is fixed, but I'm not convinced. Families ke liye itna waterlogging kaise deal karte hain? Is it still this bad? Change my mind.

Yaar, Kothapet ki connectivity aur prices abhi bhi kaafi attractive hain compared to places like Attapur. Plus, Metro line is a huge plus. Some new projects I visited claim they've installed advanced drainage systems and elevated

Exactly my thoughts! Last year, my friend lives near Dilsukhnagar, just a stone's throw from Kothapet, and unke building ke basement mein paani bhar gaya tha. It took days to clear. Builders toh bolenge sab theek hai, but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Families ke liye safety first hai.
