Just moved into Krishna Kunj last month, 3BHK liya tha. Builder ne brochure mein sab kuch free dikhaya tha, but ab itne hidden costs aa rahe hain. Maintenance charges RWA bol raha hai itne badh gaye hain, aur parking ke liye bhi extra paisa maang rahe hain. Yeh toh bilkul unexpected tha. Kisi aur ne bhi yeh experience kiya hai? Kya karein iska, samajh nahi aa raha.

Bhai, yeh toh bahut serious issue hai. Kaunsa builder hai Krishna Kunj mein? Aur RWA bhi support nahi karta kya? Usually they should intervene for residents.

Oh no, this is so common now! Happened with my cousin in another project, not Krishna Kunj. Builders always have hidden costs, it's like their business model.
