My landlord hiked rent again, finally buying

My landlord just hiked rent AGAIN, so I'm finally done with renting. Thinking about Gurgaon's 'Under Construction' corridor. Yaar, is it still undervalued for investment, or has it already peaked? Matlab, which sectors or projects in that area offer the best value right now for a 2BHK? Need some real ground-level advice.

Agreed, rent is crazy, but be careful with UC. Many projects are stuck, especially near Badshahpur. Don't just jump in without checking RERA status and possession timelines properly. Builder ki baaton pe mat jaana.
