Renting in Hyderabad has become impossible, honestly. My landlord hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Kukatpally for a 2BHK. Prices wahan pe bohot high lag rahe hain, are they justified? Kya negotiation room milta hai? Also, commute ka kya scene hai? Metro sahi hai, but andar ke traffic ka kya? Water supply bhi issue hai kya wahan?

Kukatpally ke prices justified hain? Mujhe toh nahi lagta. Builders bas hype create kar rahe hain. Maine bhi dekha tha 2BHK wahan, but same budget mein Attapur side thoda better options mil rahe the, thode older but spacious. Even Ameerpet side, though older, was coming out cheaper for similar carpet area.
Dekho, justified toh kuch nahi hota, but Kukatpally has matured a lot. Connectivity, amenities, schools, hospitals – sab kuch hai. Plus, IT corridor se bhi zyada door nahi hai. Maine 2 saal pehle wahan
Totally feel you, yaar! Hyderabad mein rent ab control se bahar ho gaya hai. Kukatpally is a good option, but haan, prices toh aasmaan chhoo rahe hain. It's a tough market for first-time buyers like us.
