My last investment gave good ROI, now eyeing Srinivasa Nagar. VS Builder ka project. All-in cost pe advice chahiye. Hidden charges kitne add hote hain final payment mein? Kitna bump expect karoon?

Current market mein toh Bengaluru mein sab builders extra charge kar rahe hain. Srinivasa Nagar mein properties ka demand high hai, so expect 18-20% over base price for all these charges. RERA site pe bhi check kar lo builder ka history.
Yaar, VS Builder se bach ke rehna. I almost booked with them in Aavalahalli last year. The base price was attractive, but when they showed the final breakdown, it included floor rise, car parking, club membership, development charges, GST, registration, and then some 'misc. documentation fees' jo kahin mention nahi the. End mein 25% extra ho gaya tha. Check agreement clauses very carefully.

Srinivasa Nagar is a good choice, location wise! My friend also looking there. But VS Builder ka all-in cost kitna high ja sakta hai? 15-20% extra pakad ke chalun kya?

U1, sahi kaha! My cousin booked with them near Akshayanagar, possession date do baar extend kar di. Penalty clause bhi weak tha. Builders ka yahi problem hai.
