My latest Faridabad investment: Negotiation drama
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 35. Visited Goyal Estate Agency for a 3BHK. Honestly, trying to negotiate on their ₹1.2 Cr property felt pointless. They act like prices are fixed, no real room. Is builder negotiation in Faridabad just a formality for us common buyers, or are they actually giving hidden discounts to 'special' clients? From an investor's perspective, if base price hi inflated hai and negotiation nahi, ROI kaise calculate karein? Also, what about those hidden charges at possession? Have others faced this same frustration?
