My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm done with throwing money away on rent. Everyone glorifies how flexible renting is, but nobody talks about the zero equity part. Okay, I'll say what no one says: renting in Noida Extension is just a trap. My landlord just hiked rent again, making my EMI vs. rent math look way better now. I'm eyeing a 2BHK, maybe in Sector 150 or near FNG, budget around ₹75-80L. Even with a high EMI, at least mera paisa is building *something*. Builders like Godrej or ATS ka projects dekha hai. With Jewar Airport and Metro extension, prices will only go up. Kya lagta hai, buying now is the only sensible move, even if interest rates are high? Renting is just making landlords rich. Change my mind.
