Bhai, Gaurs 6th Avenue toh 2015 mein possession ho gaya tha. Itne purane project mein full flat power backup expect karna mushkil hai. Usually common areas aur lift ke liye hi hota hai. Water supply theek hai par pressure issues ho sakte hain, especially on higher floors.
