Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously questioning Legacy Celino's parking plan for my investment. Yaar, the way they allocate parking, it's like a lottery. How does this affect tenant attraction? From my experience, reserved parking is a huge plus for rentals. Is this common builder tactic impacting ROI? Also, their security systems, are they actually effective ya bas CCTV ka naam hai? Have others seen this pattern impacting resale or tenant satisfaction? What did you do?

Honestly, for only 24 units and that price range (₹1.7 Cr – ₹2.8 Cr), this parking issue is unacceptable. Builders often cut corners on common amenities once sales are done. Legacy Celino, I've heard mixed reviews about their post-possession management. Did you check their RERA compliance history for other projects? Sometimes, the issues only surface after you've invested.
Yaar, I completely get your parking concern for Legacy Celino. This 'lottery' system for parking is a red flag, especially for a project in the ₹1.7 Cr to ₹2.8 Cr range. Tenants expect dedicated parking, otherwise, it's a hassle for them and for you to manage. I've seen this impact rental yields directly.
U2 is right, security is also key. OP, you mentioned 'bas CCTV ka naam hai'. What makes you say that? Are there specific instances you've heard about or seen?
Totally agree. My budget is tight, and if tenant attraction is low because of parking, my ROI will be zero. What about security then?
