Koi shortcuts hain ya full legal diligence hi best hai? RERA complaints, are they actually effective for getting possession delays sorted, ya bas paper pe hi achha lagta hai? Totally feeling this, OP! I'm also looking for a 3BHK in Bengaluru, and the RERA thing is a maze. Prestige is a big name, for sure, Established 1986, right? But even with big builders, people face issues. My friend almost lost his booking amount because of some hidden clause in his agreement. What kind of track record checks are reliable beyond just RERA? This whole process is making me so nervous.
