Okay I'll be honest — figuring out real estate investments in Pune is way harder than I thought. I'm eyeing Lodha Hinjewadi Towers 4 & 5 for an investment property, thinking a 2BHK around 1.5 Cr. My main concern is the actual capital appreciation. Has anyone seen good price movement since its launch, or is most of the upside already gone? Also, what's a realistic rental yield for a 2BHK there? My parents keep saying Hinjewadi is saturated, but I'm looking for long-term ROI. How liquid is the resale market for these towers? Don't want to get stuck.

Bhai, 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Lodha Hinjewadi? Thoda high nahi lag raha? My friend bought a 3BHK near Sinhagad Road for less than that two years ago. Hinjewadi is already so crowded, I doubt the appreciation will be stellar. Parents are right, saturation is real.
