Possession was in March for my Lodhi Colony flat, and honestly, the final costs were a shocker. Everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts, but mera experience says most of that ‘saving’ gets eaten up by hidden charges later. Matlab, stamp duty, registration ke alawa bhi kitna kuch hota hai! Even after negotiating hard, CGHS Group didn't budge much. Did anyone *actually* knock off more than 2-3% on a ₹2Cr+ flat? Change my mind.
