My M3M pre-launch buy: Was it a mistake?

Was pre-launch pricing really a good deal for anyone else here? I bought a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension from M3M two years back, possession was in March. Thought I got a great rate, but ab lag raha hai... the 'early bird discount' was just for the builder. Maintenance charges are crazy high, and yaar, water supply issues toh chal hi rahe hain. Infrastructure around the project, especially road connectivity, feels incomplete. Not sure if I made the right call or should have waited for RTM. What's your first-hand experience with pre-launch purchases here?
