My M3M site visit: Pre-launch discounts are a scam

Visited M3M projects on Golf Course Ext. Road last weekend. Honestly, everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts, but I think it's sab ek trap hai. Builders bas prices inflate karte hain to show a 'discount'. My current 2BHK in Sector 82 has appreciated, but these new projects... it feels like pura gamble. Is this 'early bird' really worth the risk? Change my mind.
