₹78 lakh for a 3BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road feels like a lot, even after I bought it last month. I got possession in March from Aastha Group. Now I'm seeing some similar properties in Nana Mava for slightly less. Did I jump too soon? Or is the Rajkot market just cooling down a bit for certain areas? Wondering if I missed out on a price correction or if this is just normal fluctuations. Has anyone else felt this after buying recently?

Yaar, Aastha Group ka track record check karna chahiye tha. Mere ek dost ne bhi unke project mein invest kiya tha Krishna Kunj ke paas, possession mein 1.5 saal ka delay hua tha. Upar se, finish
Haan bhai, same feeling. Rajkot market mein pichle 6-8 mahine se thoda correction dikh raha hai, especially 150 Feet Ring Road ke paas. Nana Mava side toh hamesha se thoda premium tha, but ab wahan bhi options mil rahe hain. ₹78 lakh for a 3BHK from Aastha Group sounds a bit high if you're seeing cheaper options now.
