My Medchal investment dilemma: Water worries.

Been tracking Medchal for a couple of years now. Prices there seem to be rising consistently, but I'm really concerned about the water situation. Is municipal water supply reliable, or is it mostly borewell/tanker dependent? Also, how does this affect property value long-term? Thinking about resale in 5-7 years, will water issues be a major hurdle for buyers?
