After holding onto my 2BHK for 7 years, I'm finally looking to upgrade and invest in something bigger, maybe a 3BHK. Migsun Green Mansion in Noida Extension caught my eye, it's completed which is a plus. But yaar, I'm really confused about the actual ROI here. Brochure mein jo figures dikhate hain, woh real rental yield se kitne different hain? Plus, maintenance charges and other hidden costs after possession, woh sab add karke kya actual capital appreciation aur rental income justify karta hai the premium price? I'm hearing some stories about unexpected charges, makes me rethink my calculations. Anyone invested here? What's the real rental market like for a 3BHK? Aur long-term resale potential kitna hai? I'm looking for solid returns, not just a place to park funds. Is the exit strategy clear ya fir buyer milna mushkil hai?
