Honestly, I thought my research was solid for Model Economic City. Possession milne ke baad, ab maintenance charges dekh ke lag raha hai, is it worth it? Clubhouse bhi hardly use hota hai. Kya tenant premium dega iske liye?

Totally agree with you! Model Economic City ka marketing bahut strong tha, but ground reality alag hai. Maintenance charges are a huge burden, especially for a first-time buyer like me. I'm also worried about the clubhouse not being used much, is it really adding value?
