My Mohali flat purchase: the EMI shocker

Just moved into my Emaar flat in Mohali last month and already feeling the pinch. Possession milne tak construction-linked plan ne literally drain kar diya. Pehle laga easy hoga manage karna, but as construction picked up, payments bhi tez ho gaye. My EMI on the loan started way before moving in. Nobody told me how tough it gets balancing rent and these payments. Any tips on managing this better for future buyers? Yaar, yeh builder payment trap kitna real hai!
