Check actual price per sqft on local property portals instead of relying on their brochures. Don't get fooled by 'undervalued' tags if the builder itself is a risk.
Mohali still has potential, especially near the Airport Road side. Don't let the negativity sway you completely. But yes, builder track record is absolutely key for peace of mind.
