Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Mohali, especially near Sector 67 for investment. Paras Buildtech mein ek 2BHK ka option dekha hai, around ₹1.2 Cr. Ab samajh nahi aa raha bank-funded vs self-funded projects mein kya difference hota hai. Kya bank-funded projects ke payment terms zyada flexible hote hain ya delay ka risk kam hota hai? Investors ke liye which one is smarter for ROI? Meri budget ₹1.5 Cr tak hai. Any experiences? Total cost, EMI, aur payment plan leverage samajhna hai.

Paras Buildtech? Be careful, bhai. Their past projects, especially the ones near Airport Road, have had mixed reviews regarding possession delays. ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK in Sector 67 sounds high if it's not
Yaar, same confusion here! Mohali mein investment ka plan toh hai but bank-funded vs self-funded mein dimag kharab ho raha hai. Payment terms ka flexibility aur delay risk hi toh main tension hai. Good question, hope someone can shed light.
