2 site visits to MRG Primark in Sector 102 last week and I'm seriously considering a 2BHK there. Price wise, around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK seems okay for Dwarka Expressway, but I'm a bit confused. Construction quality ko lekar thoda tension hai. Brochure mein toh sab accha lagta hai, but after possession, plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Heard stories about other builders. Aur amenities ka kya scene hai? Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, sab banega ya sirf brochure mein hi reh jayega? Parents bol rahe hain ki builder promises par trust mat karo. Anyone already living in an MRG project ya Primark mein book kiya hai? What's your experience with their actual delivery vs. promised amenities and overall construction quality?
