Visited Msx Developers near Atta Village last Sunday. Builder bol raha direct deal best hai, but brokers claim special discounts. Kon sach bol raha hai? My 3BHK budget ₹1.2Cr. Noida mein stamp duty kitni lagti hai? Is negotiation possible for a family flat, ya flat rates hi hain? Kids ke school ke paas chahiye.
