My Mullanpur investment plan hit a snag
Okay I'll be honest — Mullanpur mein property dekh ke I thought I had a handle on things. But yaar, the floor-rise premium and PLC for Ambika Realcon projects are just wild, especially for higher floors. From an investor perspective, it eats into the ROI big time. I'm looking at a 3BHK, around ₹90L budget, and these charges push it way up. Is it ever worth paying extra for a better view or location within the complex? Or should I just scout secondary market deals in Zirakpur or Mohali for better value? Seems like you can negotiate more there.

Bhai, totally relatable! Mullanpur mein Ambika Realcon ke rates sunke mera bhi dimaag kharab ho gaya tha. 90L budget mein 3BHK, upar se floor rise aur PLC, itna toh Chandigarh mein bhi nahi milta. Secondary market mein Mohali mein check karo, wahan shayad better options mil jayenge.
Sahi pakde ho! Mullanpur is getting too expensive now, especially new projects.
