Multibrain Ultima 107 – just moved in last month. Already seeing cracks near windows; construction quality feels so rushed. That 'state-of-the-art' clubhouse they promised? It's still unfinished, not usable. Anyone else at Ultima 107 seeing this promised amenities vs delivered reality? What did you do about it?

Yaar, this is so scary to hear! Ultima 107 ki toh bahut hype thi. Cracks already? And clubhouse unfinished? Meri toh neend udd gayi sunke. Builder ne bola tha ki project completed hai, but 2025 ka possession date dikh raha hai. Yeh kya chakkar hai?
