Honestly, I thought EMI vs rent was the only math, but Bangalore property costs are something else. Looking at a Prestige project near Nagarbhavi, base price toh theek hai. But then PLC, car parking, registration, stamp duty, interiors ka alag se. Matlab, ₹1.2 Cr ka 2BHK ₹1.4 Cr tak jaa raha hai pakka. Hidden charges aur kya expect karu? Builders bolte hain all-inclusive, but after possession kuch aur aata hai kya? Any tips to avoid these surprises?
