My Narsingi 3BHK purchase: Did I buy at the peak?
I think buying in Hyderabad right now might be the last good window for reasonable prices. Just got possession of my 3BHK in Narsingi last month, it was ₹1.1Cr. Honestly, the property search was wild. My budget was around ₹90L-1.2Cr. We checked out 2BHKs in Gachibowli but they felt cramped. Prestige and My Home projects were good but slightly over budget. Ended up with a Sumadhura flat, the build quality seems decent so far. Now I'm wondering, did I buy at the peak? Prices have shot up so much, especially around the Financial District and ORR. Is this sustainable or will there be a correction soon? With Metro Phase 2 and RRR expanding, I'm hoping for good appreciation. But traffic is already crazy near ORR. What are your thoughts on Hyderabad's market for the next 2-3 years? Should I expect good ROI or just stable growth?
