My Neelkanth Apartment possession woes

Did a site visit to Property Neelkanth Apartment last weekend. Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game. They promised possession 2.5 years ago, now it's still dragging. Builder communication during these delays is just non-existent, total radio silence. And facilities like the swimming pool? Not even close to completion, but I know they charged for it. Is this typical for Noida projects? Did anyone else face this with Neelkanth or other builders? What did you do about the delays and unmet promises?
