Construction-linked vs down payment – which gives better discount leverage? Hidden costs beyond stamp duty, like PLC, interiors, kitne tak jaate hain? Upgrading from my 2BHK. Bhai, ₹1.3 Cr for Nelamangala 3BHK? That sounds steep, especially from MLN Builders. Unka track record utna solid nahi hai. Negotiation ka toh bhool jao, they barely budge.
True, MLN Builders ka reputation average hi hai. Mere relative ne bhi unka ek project dekha tha Aavalahalli ke paas, but reviews sunke back out kar diya. Quality issues aur delivery delays common hain. Be careful.
