Okay, I'll be honest – moving into my new 3BHK in New Chandigarh last month has me thinking a lot. Bought it from SBP Group, around ₹1.4 Cr. Ab lag raha hai, was it the right time? Mohali International Airport expansion aur PR7 Airport Road ka impact kitna hoga? Yaar, did I jump in too soon, ya market abhi aur upar jayega? I'm seeing prices stable but not sure if the appreciation potential is still high for the next 2-3 years. Kya lagta hai, is Chandigarh still a good investment for 2026-27 or has it peaked? Especially in these periphery areas.
