My New Chandigarh site visit: Amenities and RWA concerns

Visited Raheja Winterwoods in New Chandigarh last weekend, exploring options for a 3BHK for my family. My wife's main priority is a good kids' play area and safe environment. Unsure about the amenities, though. They show great clubhouses and pools in brochures, but what's the reality after possession? Kya builder actually maintain karta hai ya sab kharab ho jaata hai? Also checked out Reputed Builder's Pushpak Society. Both look good on paper, but I'm worried about post-possession maintenance charges. Are they reasonable ya phir extortion? Aur RWA formation ka kya scene hai? Does the builder hand over control smoothly, or do they keep interfering? Koi experiences share kar sakta hai for these projects in Mohali or New Chandigarh?
