Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — finally taking the plunge after years of renting. Fed up of paying EMI to a landlord, you know? I'm looking at areas impacted by new infra projects. Specifically, how much has UER-II already moved prices in places like Rajpur Khurd Village? Is it still an 'investment window' or are those gains already priced in? Also, with Delhi Metro Phase IV, which sectors around Dwarka or Rohini do you think will see the most appreciation next 2-3 years? Honestly not sure if the hype matches reality yet. Should I wait a bit more or jump in now?
