Under-construction quality visible at site visits is often misleading, I've realized. Just got possession of my unit in Evermark Provica Dream Valley a few months back, honestly not what I expected. Power backup was a big selling point, but actual mein it's mostly common areas. Full flat backup jo bola tha, wo toh nahi hai. Doesn't this affect tenant attraction and rental yield? Plus, water supply ka issue hai, sometimes tankers pe depend karna padta hai. Long-term investment ke liye yeh sab matters, right? Elevators bhi slow hain, aur maintenance response time kaafi weak hai. Is this normal for new societies in Noida? How much do these hidden issues impact resale value in the long run? Kya builder track record pe yeh sab eventually improve hota hai?
