My new flat's maintenance: Feeling ripped off?
Honestly, the hidden costs after moving into Sattva Lake Ridge are just insane. We got possession of our 3BHK in Gachibowli last month, paid around ₹1.8 Cr, and now there are so many unexpected charges. The maintenance deposit was way higher than what was communicated initially, almost double. Then there’s the monthly maintenance; they quoted ₹3.5/sqft during booking, but it's closer to ₹5 now. It feels like they just spring these things on you at the last minute, right after you've paid everything. Did anyone else buying from Salarpuria Sattva, especially in the Financial District area projects, face similar surprises at possession? I'm really frustrated, feels like a total bait and switch. What did you guys do about it? Any recourse for these post-possession maintenance hikes?
