Is anyone else fed up with how builders oversell parking and power backup? Just moved into Alkaraj Homes by MK Developers a couple of months back, aur parking ke liye toh roz jung hoti hai. They promised dedicated spots, but ab bas jahan jagah mili wahan laga do. My flat is on the 4th floor, and getting a spot near my tower is a dream. Honestly, it's so frustrating after paying a premium. Same with power backup; they said full flat, but AC chalta hi nahi hai. Bas lights aur fans. Security system bhi bas naam ka hai, visitors easily slip through. What's the point of high maintenance charges if basic things aren't sorted? Disagree? Tell me why.

Haan bhai, Alkaraj Homes ka toh yahi haal hai. Builders promise the moon, but delivery is always short. Parking toh har project mein issue hai, especially in Ghaziabad. Mera toh budget tight tha, so had to compromise, but I didn't expect this level of discrepancy. It's just frustrating to deal with these daily struggles after putting in your life savings.
