The RERA number UPRERAPRJ229635 is there, but that doesn't guarantee timely delivery or quality. My friend booked in another project near Afzalpur, RERA registered tha, but still got delayed by 2 years. Did anyone here get possession of Wave Veridia by 2021-06-30? Or is it still pending?
Same story with my project in Abhay Khand. Promised 2019, got it 2022. Itna mental stress diya. So, OP, be very careful with possession dates.

U7, no, delivery was definitely delayed. My cousin's friend booked a 2BHK there, got possession almost a year later. Aur ab current Ghaziabad market conditions mein resale bhi utni achhi nahi hai, appreciation slow hai. So, delay ke baad value bhi utni nahi mili.
Bhai, meri toh aisi hi ek experience ho chuki hai Ahinsa Khand II mein. Ek project mein book kiya tha, sab chamak-dhamak thi site visit pe. Possession ke baad pata chala ki plumbing lines leak kar rahi hain, bathroom fittings third-class hain. Maintenance mein itna paisa laga ki ROI ka toh sochna hi chhod diya. Definitely check the plumbing and electrical points thoroughly, especially in hidden areas.

Yaar, my same dilemma. Wave Veridia ka location toh sahi lagta hai, but construction quality pe bharosa nahi hota. Builders aajkal bas dikhawe pe dhyaan dete hain. Plaster finish aur wiring toh chhod hi do, basic structure mein bhi doubt aata hai.
