Broker ki baatein sunke lagta hai negotiation possible hi nahi Noida mein. I'm eyeing RG Group's 3BHK in Sector 31 for my family. Builders fixed price bolte hain, but brokers promise better deals. Direct builder se deal karna best hai, ya brokers ke paas actual discount power hoti hai? Inki commission bhi price mein add hoti hai kya?

Builders fixed price bolte hain, but brokers promise amazing deals and 'builder se baat karwa denge'. Direct builder se deal karna best hai, ya brokers ke paas actual discount power hoti hai? Inki commission bhi price mein add hoti hai kya, ya builder hi pay karta hai? Bahut confusions hain yaar, first time buyer hoon.
