My Noida Extension dilemma: 2BHK or 3BHK?
Noida Extension — I've been looking at properties here for my own investment, not for a client, and it's tough. I work in this market but buying for myself is different, you know? I'm debating between a 2BHK and a 3BHK. My budget is around ₹90L, so I can swing either, maybe a 2BHK in a place like Godrej or a 3BHK in a slightly older society by Gaurs. With Jewar airport coming up, everyone's saying prices will jump, but for rental yield, which one makes more sense in areas like Pari Chowk or even closer to the Aqua Line extension? Are 2BHKs easier to rent out to bachelors/small families, or do 3BHKs near Knowledge Park fetch better for shared living? Honestly, not sure which way to go for long-term appreciation vs. immediate income. What's been your experience?
