My Noida Extension hidden cost shock

Just got possession of my 3BHK in Uppal Group's project in Sector 104 last month, and yaar, the hidden charges are insane. Builder ne ₹2.5 lakh extra maang liye for 'utility connection' and 'club membership' jo agreement mein clear nahi tha. Mera budget toh ₹80L ke aas paas hi tha, ab yeh extra EMI ban gaya. Is this normal in Noida Extension? How do people manage these last-minute surprises? Lagta hai sab builders aise hi karte hain. Any advice for next time?

Bhai, this is absolutely normal, sadly. Almost every builder in Noida Ext does this. I bought in Gaur City 2 years ago and got hit with ₹1.5 lakh for power backup and society maintenance advance. It's a tactic to show lower base price. Kya karein, hum jaise first-time buyers toh phas jaate hain.

Totally agree! My friend booked in Alistonia Estate and faced something similar for IFMS and parking. Builders just spring these on you.
