Totally relate! I booked a 2BHK in Alpha I, Greater Noida, last year. Builder quoted one price, but by the time I got possession, there were so many hidden costs. Maintenance advance, electricity meter charges, club membership, even car parking extra! It felt like they bait-and-switched us. This Chauhan Associates ka case sounds very similar. Did they give you a detailed breakdown of all these charges beforehand, or was it just sprung on you?
