Did a site visit to Imperia Structures' project near Gulistanpur last Saturday. Honestly, the brochure looked great, but the sales guy was pushing hard for a construction-linked plan. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. But the payment schedule felt like a trap, with vague timelines and hidden charges for 'premium location' or 'club membership'. Not sure if it's worth the risk with all the project delay horror stories in Noida, especially around Sector 150. Anyone dealt with their payment plans? Is this normal or am I just paranoid?

They show you a good brochure price and then add so many hidden costs for 'view facing', 'corner plot', 'floor rise', that the final amount shoots up. It's like they intentionally hide it to lure you in. Noida builders are notorious for this, especially with construction-linked plans. Always ask for the *all-inclusive* price sheet, not just the base rate.
