My Noida investment strategy: questioning 'luxury' amenities
Since January, I've tracked amenity ROI. Most Noida clubhouses are ghost facilities. Is this 'luxury' premium tenant attraction ya resale value worth it? Change my mind.

Exactly! Builders promise the moon, but deliver dust. My cousin booked a flat near Ajayabpur, builder ne RERA approved bola but amenities ka layout change kar diya baad mein.
Nah yaar, I think amenities matter. Especially agar family hai, kids ke liye pool, park toh chahiye hi. Resale value mein bhi fark padta hai, nahi toh flat kaun lega?

Bhai, amenities pe focus karna theek hai, but only if they're actually usable. Mere friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat liya tha, clubhouse ban gaya 5 saal pehle, but aaj tak koi activity nahi hoti. Sirf maintenance charge badha dete hain. Budget-conscious logon ke liye toh yeh extra burden hi hai. Oasis My Homes ka bhi sunna hai, completed project hai but amenities kitni use hoti hain, pata nahi.
Totally agree! Noida mein bas dikhawa hai amenities ka. Paise waste hote hain, especially for first-time buyers like us with tight budgets.
