Total cost of ownership is always a hidden monster, especially for us NRIs. I'm based in Dubai and Primex Krishna Apartment ka price point theek lag raha tha Greater Noida mein, but real maintenance aur society charges kya hain? Nirala Greenshire Phase 1 toh initial cost mein hi bohot upar hai. Can't do site inspections myself, so worried about hidden costs impacting my rental yield. Aur rental potential kiska better hai? Managing from here, power of attorney, property manager... it's all so confusing. Anyone faced unexpected post-possession charges affecting ROI?

Yaar, you've hit the nail on the head. This 'total cost of ownership' is a nightmare for first-time buyers, especially NRIs. Primex Krishna ka price range sunke accha laga tha, but what about the actual outgo? Builder promises one thing, but maintenance aur other charges baad mein aate hain. I'm also looking for something in Greater Noida, and this is my biggest fear.
