Okay I'll say what no one says, builder security claims are mostly PR. Fed up of renting, I'm finally taking the plunge for Omaxe Celestia Royal. They promise fancy CCTV, visitor management, but ground reality kya hai? Guards ki training, response time, yeh sab matters. Is Omaxe Celestia Royal mein security sirf gate pe hai ya andar bhi proper hai? CCTV footage ka backup kitna reliable hota hai? Maintenance charges mein yeh sab cover hota hai kya? Change my mind, but I feel most societies skimp on actual security.

Dekho, security is a big concern everywhere, not just Omaxe. But sometimes these new projects in New Chandigarh have better tech integration for security. Have you checked if they have smart home features or app-based visitor management? That usually means better overall security infrastructure.
True, these smart features sound good. But the current market condition in Chandigarh is already making builders cut costs. I doubt they'd invest heavily in top-tier security tech and training if it means impacting their margins. It's a tough call for us buyers.
Smart features toh bolte hain brochure mein, but real-time implementation ka pata nahi. App-based system bhi tabhi kaam karta hai jab guards trained hon aur system reliable ho. My friend's society in Manimajra had all these smart features but the guards barely knew how to use them, so it was useless.
Bhai, you're not wrong. I've seen so many projects where security is just a formality. But Omaxe Celestia Royal is still under construction, right? What about their RERA details and actual possession date? Kya pata tab tak sab theek ho jaaye.
Exactly! My cousin booked in a project near Mullanpur Garibdass and they kept delaying the possession. Jab mila bhi toh security ke naam pe sirf ek old watchman tha. CCTV cameras toh the but aadhi footage corrupt rehti thi. So, even with a long possession date, the builder's commitment to actual security infrastructure matters from day one, not just at handover. Don't trust promises alone.
Haan, it's ongoing project. RERA number PBRERA-SAS80-PR0885 and PBRERA-SAS80-PR0879 hai. Possession date toh 2028-01-01 hai, kaafi time hai abhi. But still, basic security planning toh abhi se clear honi chahiye.
Totally agree! Omaxe ka track record security mein kuch khaas nahi suna maine. Sirf brochure mein sab accha lagta hai.
