My Omega II site visit: prices and resale reality

Are Omega II property prices actually justified right now? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at 2BHKs, seeing listings around ₹85L-₹1.1Cr. Not sure if that's the real deal or if there's negotiation room. More importantly, what's the resale market like in Omega II? If I need to sell in 5-7 years, will I find buyers easily or will I face a discount? Any insights on how to check actual transaction values would be super helpful. Hope this helps someone else too.
