Honestly, moving to Omicron III last month has been quite a learning curve. Possession March mein mila tha, and kuch cheezein toh bilkul unexpected thi. Society ka maintenance charge kaafi high lag raha hai, is it justified for the facilities? Aur RWA ki effectiveness kaisi hai yahan? I'm wondering if the actual daily life experience is worth it. Plus, any idea about upcoming developments around here? Will they improve things or add more issues? Need some real resident insights.

Yaar, maintenance ka issue toh hai. I'm also in Omicron III. Charges feel steep for what we get. RWA bhi effective nahi laga abhi tak. Tumne kaun sa builder liya tha?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera toh XYZ Builder ka hai. Maintenance ₹7/sqft se ₹9/sqft ho gaya within a year. Bahut tension ho rahi hai. RWA bhi builder ke log hi run kar rahe hain mostly.
